A Tiple is a plucked steel string instrument of the guitar family, common in Colombia, where it is considered one of the national instruments. About three-fourths the size of a classical guitar, it has twelve strings set in four triple-strung courses. Originally from Peru, born May 10, 1954 – February 16, 2022 leaving behind amazing recordings, soundtracks and all his top guitar gear and recording studio. He worked with top artist like Andrea Bocelli, Celine Dion, Nelly Furtado, Marco Antonio Solis, Josh Groban, Luis Miguel, Enrique Iglesias, Ricky Martin, Neil Diamond, Juan Gabriel, Yanni, Gino Vannelli, Alejandro Sanz, Julio Iglesias, Herb Alpert, Café Tacuba, Armando Manzanero, Joan Sebastian, Diana Ross, Eva Ayllon, Alex Acuña, GianMarco, The Grammys and numerous film credits. His wife, Angelica Stagñaro has put in our hands the trust to help her sell his equipment and vintage guitar collection. It’s an honor to help her in this unfortunate situation. Most of the equipment is sold ‘As Is’ but knowing Ramon, he took good care of his gear like nobody would. We are confident that all his gear works perfectly fine and at this point all sales are final. We can try to help answer any questions, but we are limited to what we see and know about the gear.
