Shipping Policy
Elizondo Music offers free shipping on most purchases, for items weighing 40 lbs or less. Everything is shipped with FEDEX GROUND or USPS within the Continental United States.
We are happy to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or any other U.S. territories with an additional surcharge. This promotion is only applicable to new merchandise listed on our website at the advertised prices and free shipping promo does not apply to used gear.
If you require faster shipping, such as Next Day Air, the buyer is responsible for the additional cost. We will pack everything as securely as possible but cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by the freight company. Insurance is available for an additional fee.

Return Policy
All sales are final. No refunds. Only credit towards other purchase, within 15 days from original purchase date. You may return a product if its DOA (Dean On Arrival). You must call us ahead and obtain a Return Authorization. Return items must be in original conditions including all boxes, packing, instructions and warranty cards or be subject to a 15% re-stocking charge. We do not make exchanges for defective products under warranty after 15 days of original purchase. We will gladly assist you in obtaining warranty service from the manufacture.
If you receive a Return Authorization you must do the following:
- Product must be like new
- Send product just like you received in double box.
- Send all accessories that were included
- Send the owners manual in its original packing as well as warranty cards
- Use clear tape to sealed box. Please do not use DUC tape
- Do not write on the item box
