The Rode NTG4 is here at Elizondo Music and is primarily based on the success of the original award winners NTG1 & NTG2 shotgun microphones. On the new NTG4 they improved the overall specifications of the microphone with much better components and added a 10db pad, also a roll off High Pass filter at 75Hz. Also when you add a wind filter, you normally loose a bit of your high frequencies so to compensate for the lost they added a High Frequency Boot . This microphone is a very promising and looks to be a favorite for most video producers.
