Designed primarily for use with condenser microphones, the Audix PD133 is a professional acoustic filter that effectively diffuses acoustic plosives. It is comprised of a two layer nylon mesh fabric fitted within a composite molded ring, all of which is terminated into a 5/8 inch threaded housing. The rest of the Audix PD133 consists of flexible metal gooseneck and a stand holder that can attach to any size mic stand up to a diameter of one inch. The Audix PD133 may be used as a stand alone piece and screwed directly on to the top of a mic stand or boom arm if desired.
