Sennheiser MD421-U Used Super cardioid dynamic microphone (Ettore)

For more than three decades, the Sennheiser MD 421 has stood as one of the world's most iconic dynamic microphones. Engineered with a large diaphragm and exceptional high-SPL handling, this legendary workhorse captures aggressive sound sources like drums and electric guitar cabinets with absolute ease.

Beyond its reputation in the studio tracking room, the MD 421 remains highly versatile. A tight cardioid pickup pattern offers excellent off-axis rejection, while an integrated five-position bass roll-off switch provides precise control over proximity effect. Whether you are tracking acoustic instruments, capturing group vocals, or driving a professional radio broadcast, one listen makes it clear why the MD 421 is an undisputed industry classic.
